Membership Levels
Individual $10.00
Individual including Spouse of Individual $12.50
Family of Individual (all dependent children) $15.00
Student (without Family) $ 5.00
Corporate (must be in Company name) $50.00
Corporate Memberships will be acknowledged in the quarterly EPHS Newsletters
